Bio
Larry Margolin is a lifelong resident of Long Island and New York City. He understands the diverse needs of living and raising a family in New York. The founding partner and driving force of the firm, Larry Margolin is dedicated to practice in the area of divorce and family law, including divorce (contested and uncontested, simple and complex, same sex), spousal support, maintenance, child support, child custody, modification proceedings (child support and spousal maintenance), parenting plans, relocation proceedings, paternity, enforcement of orders, property division, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, grandparents’ rights, separation agreements, stipulations of settlement and the financial incidents of divorce.
In addition, he also represents clients in connection with buying and selling residential and commercial real estate, mortgages and lines of credit financing and refinancing, loan modifications, contracts, and civil litigation. An accomplished attorney with over 35 years of experience, he has successfully represented, defended and argued numerous matters before the New York State, Civil and District Courts and the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments.
